Due to copyright, all artwork cannot be returned, there is no exception to this policy. All custom orders must be prepaid in advance, and they cannot be returned. If any artwork arrives to you damaged, Dea’s Design Gallery will replace it with the same artwork that was ordered once we receive the damaged artwork.
All returns should be insured for your protection. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
